How to adjust the power of the Kaiping ultrasonic cleaning machine for better performance

Open the top cover of the ultrasonic generator, connect the positive and negative poles of the transducer respectively, and confirm the frequency of the ultrasonic transducer. Generally, the frequency of the ultrasonic transducer includes 20KHz, 25KHz, 28KHz, 40KHz, 68KHz, etc. First, use a frequency meter to connect and confirm whether the frequency of the ultrasonic waves is consistent. Then adjust the power potentiometer to the maximum and observe whether the current reaches the approved current. If the required current is not reached after opening, loosen the screw of the ultrasonic generator output inductor and turn the inductor to see if the current increases. Generally, if there is an increase, the current increase point can be increased. If it does not increase but decreases, the gasket of the inductor can be removed to see if the current increases. If there is any increase, check if the maximum point of the current is adjusted to the maximum point of the current. If the required current is still not reached, change the frequency slightly (the frequency adjustment range of the transducer is generally positive or negative 1KHz).

Adjust the frequency up or down to see if the frequency increases and the current increases, or if the frequency decreases and the current increases. If the frequency increases and the current increases, adjust the frequency and then raise the inductor to see if the current increases, or shift the output transformer up and down. If the current required for the cleaning tank is exceeded by shifting down, the frequency should be lowered, preferably as close as possible to the frequency of the oscillator. If the current has reached the cleaning tank, lift the inductor to see if it has increased (such as decreased), or remove a small shim to see if it has increased (such as decreased). If everything becomes smaller, it means adjusting to the harmonic point and optimal state of the generator and ultrasonic transducer.

If the effect of the new ultrasonic machine is not very good after debugging, it can be turned on for more than 10 minutes or cleaned with some cleaning solution before starting debugging.
