1. Device ultrasonic cleaning machine

Please refer to the instruction manual of the ultrasonic cleaning machine to connect the temperature control sensor signal line, ultrasonic drive line, heater control line, and other circuits between the electrical control cabinet and the main unit of the cleaning machine, and connect the corresponding machine's applicable power supply. Install the cleaning machine's water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe, and overflow discharge pipe.

2. Add solute for cleaning

Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the cleaning tank, with the liquid level reaching a height that submerges the parts to be cleaned, generally not exceeding three-quarters of the cleaning tank. Of course, the water level line of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is also indicated on the inner wall of the cleaning machine. You only need to pay attention to the water level line on the inner wall of the ultrasonic cleaning machine when adding water or other solutes.

3. Add cleaning agent to ultrasonic cleaning machine

If the item to be cleaned needs to be cleaned with a cleaning agent, add the solute for cleaning the item and then add the cleaning agent to the cleaning tank. Slowly stir the solute to fully dissolve it (you can turn on the ultrasonic cleaning machine switch and start the machine to mix the solvent and cleaning agent together).

4. Pre treatment of ultrasonic cleaning machine

Please use a bamboo knife to clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the parts before washing (if there is a lot of smoke and dust, there will be a lot of thick and convenient oil sludge left by the changes in the shell curve diagram of the cylindrical components), in order to extend the service life of the cleaning solution. Ultrasonic waves can be used for fine cleaning, but their ability to treat sludge is weak. Therefore, during the pretreatment process, efforts should be made to remove yellow mud and mud like dust as much as possible.

5. Put in the items that need to be cleaned

Place the items to be cleaned in the cleaning machine's matching cleaning blue and gently place them in the ultrasonic cleaning machine's cleaning tank. When there are many items placed at once, try to evenly distribute them in the cleaning blue to prevent overlap.
