Ultrasonic cleaning is the direct and direct effect of using the cavitation, acceleration, and direct flow effects of ultrasound in liquid to disperse, emulsify, and peel off the dirt layer, achieving the purpose of cleaning. Various ultrasonic generators can work independently or in parallel to complete large-scale cleaning projects.

2) Heating and temperature control system. Heaters are usually made of stainless steel pipes, which are resistant to acid and alkali. The intention of heating is to heat the cleaning agent to enhance the washing effect of the cleaning machine. The temperature is automatically controlled and can be adjusted freely within an appropriate range.

3) Cleaning tank: The cleaning tank is generally made of stainless steel welded by argon arc welding. The tank body is equipped with slag discharge inspection ports, insulation and sound insulation layers, etc., to ensure that the water level is at least 200 mm higher than the transducer box.

4) Tank liquid circulation filtration system. A filter is installed in the system to dynamically filter the tank solution and maintain its cleanliness. When the workpiece exits the groove, the filtered liquid flows through the spray link on the upper part of the groove to rinse the workpiece once, in order to wash away the oil stains adhered to the surface of the workpiece when it exits the groove, and prevent them from contaminating the next groove liquid.

5) Transportation system: Confirm the transportation and operation methods of the ultrasonic cleaning machine based on the shape, volume, batch size, etc. of the cleaned workpiece.

6) Spray rinsing system: Based on the appearance of the workpiece to be cleaned, some cleaning machines are equipped with a spray rinsing process, which combines ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning organically.

7) Drying system: Depending on the condition of the workpiece being cleaned, some cleaning machines are equipped with a drying system, which mainly consists of a heater, fan, blowing nozzle, etc. The temperature is automatically controlled.
