1. Raw materials for cleaned workpieces: steel, aluminum, iron, mixed metals, glass, plastic, and other raw materials and structures;
2. Understand the attachments on the surface of the workpiece during cleaning: oil, grease, wax, embroidery, paste, dust, and debris;
3. The production capacity budget of the joint factory requires satisfactory cleaning speed and quantity for industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines: how many workpieces need to be cleaned per day, and what is the satisfactory cleaning amount per day;
4. Clear workpiece cleaning process and supporting production processes before and after: polishing, phosphating, purification, ceramicization, electroplating, spraying, vacuum coating or other treatment processes;
5. Choose the appropriate ultrasonic cleaning method for industrial cleaning, and determine whether water-based cleaning solution or chemical cleaning agent should be used through cleaning experiments.

2、 Analysis of One of the Important Parameters of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine - Ultrasonic Transducers
There are currently two types of transducers, one is a magnetic transducer composed of nickel or nickel alloy; Another type is piezoelectric transducer, made of lead zirconate titanate or other ceramics.
Common issues with ultrasonic transducers:
1. If the ultrasonic oscillator is damp, a megohmmeter can be used to check the plug connected to the transducer, and the insulation resistance value can be used to determine the basic situation. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, it is usually due to moisture damage to the transducer. The entire transducer (excluding the sprayed shell) can be placed in an oven set at around 100 ℃ and dried for 3 hours, or a hair dryer can be used to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal;
2. When the transducer oscillator ignites and the ceramic material breaks, it can be visually inspected with a megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency solution, a single damaged oscillator can be disconnected without affecting the normal operation of other oscillators;
3. The oscillator is detached, and the screws are tightened and reinforced with two layers of special matrix glue to ensure the process and prevent the oscillator from falling off;
4. Perforation of the stainless steel oscillation surface may occur after 10 years of full load operation of the transducer.
