3. Connect the cleaning machine power supply and generator power supply as required, and it is necessary to firmly ground the machine body and generator separately;
4. Firstly, check if the power supply voltage meets the requirements, then dry the cylinder with a damp cloth and close the water valve;
5. Inject an appropriate amount of cleaning solution into the cleaning tank, and the liquid height should be increased to about 50 to 80mm from the cylinder surface;

6. Set the temperature controller to the required temperature according to the cleaning process requirements to meet the cleaning process requirements;
7. Participate in an appropriate amount of cleaning agent (according to the ratio of different cleaning solutions to the volume of the cleaning tank), wait until the desired temperature is reached (the heating indicator light subsides), turn on the ultrasonic generator switch, and start the preliminary cleaning operation;
8. When the cleaning solution becomes dirty after use and needs to be replaced, it is necessary to turn off the temperature control switch and heating power first, wait for 4 to 5 minutes, and wait for the heating device to cool sufficiently to a certain temperature before performing the initial liquid discharge and replacement operation. Otherwise, it is highly likely to cause deformation of the cylinder body and burning and leakage of the electric heating device;
9. Regularly clean and wash the bottom of the cylinder. When not in use for a long time, the machine should be kept clean and free of liquid and dirt.
