What should I do if I find that there is no ultrasonic output during the use of the ultrasonic cleaning machine? At this point, it is important to remain calm in order to solve the problem. First, troubleshoot the issue, and then search for a solution.

1、 No ultrasonic output, turn on the ultrasonic generator to dissipate heat and turn on the fan

Check whether the power tube of the generator is burnt. If the power tube is burnt, investigate whether the fuse of the generator power board is blown or cracked. If it burns out, replace the power transistor and fuse resistor.

2、 No ultrasound occurred, and the indicator light for the cooling fan operation is also on

Check if there is a frequency output on the generator driver board, or disconnect the oscillator output line and use a multimeter to measure the output terminal of the generator (the input end of the output transformer) with the voltage range of AC750V. Adjust the external potentiometer to see if there is a voltage of 180-240V. If there is a voltage of 180-240V, check if the oscillator is short circuited and the multimeter is in the conductive range. Measure if there is conductivity, and if there is conductivity, check if the oscillator wire is broken and if the two wires are connected or if the oscillator is short circuited.

3、 The ultrasonic generator's circuit breaker cannot be turned on and trips when it is turned on

Check if there is a short circuit in the power cord of the generator, and if there is a problem with the rectifier bridge of the generator (using a multimeter diode). Measure the four pins to see if there is a short circuit. If there is a short circuit, choose to replace it with a faulty rectifier bridge.

4、 The normal power of the ultrasonic generator cannot be adjusted during operation

Check if there is a problem with the thyristor, then measure the conductivity level of the multimeter to see if there is a short circuit in the three pins of the thyristor. The main focus is on whether the two thick pins of the thyristor are conducting. If replaced, it can be done by reverse engineering.

5、 No ultrasound, no output

If the generator indicator light is on and the fan is also running, there will be a frequency display. It's just that there's no output. Check if the thyristor is broken. If not, check if the thyristor control part is normal and if the generator driver board 7812 has a 12V regulated output. If so, please check if there is a problem with the 772 in the thyristor control part of the starter board. If so, replace it.

6、 There is ultrasound, the ultrasound sound is very abnormal, and the ultrasound intensity is insufficient

Use a frequency meter to check if the output frequency is within the operating frequency range of the transducer. The 28KHZ transducer should be between 27KHZ-31KHZ, and the 40KHZ transducer should be between 38KHZ-42KHZ. If the difference is too large, the normal operating frequency can be restored by adjusting the frequency potentiometer.
