The frequency of ultrasonic cleaning machine ranges from 28 kHz to 120 kHz, and the physical cleaning force caused by cavitation is low frequency. When using water or water cleaning agents, it is generally used for 28-40 kHz. It is better for cleaning small gaps, narrow slits, deep hole parts, high frequencies (over 40kHz), and even hundreds of kHz. When cleaning clock components, use 40kHz. If wideband frequency modulation is used, the effect will be better.
When cleaning small parts, nets are often used. Due to the attenuation of ultrasonic waves caused by mesh holes, special attention should be paid. When the frequency is 28KHz, using a grid of 10mm or more is sufficient.

The most suitable cleaning temperature for water cleaning solution is 40-60 ℃, especially during the day when the temperature of the cold cleaning solution is low and the cleaning effect is poor. Therefore, a part of the cleaning machine is used to control the temperature by heating the heating wire outside the washing cylinder. When the temperature rises, air is prone to occur, so the cleaning effect is better. When the temperature continues to rise, the gas pressure inside the cavity increases, causing an impact pressure drop, which reflects the doubling of these two factors.
Before purchasing an ultrasonic cleaning machine system, the following analysis should be conducted on the cleaning components: the composition and structure of the cleaned materials, and the analysis and removal of dust and dirt. These are the prerequisites for deciding what cleaning method to use and applying water-based cleaning solutions or solvents.
The final cleaning process should be validated through cleaning experiments. Only in this way can we provide a suitable cleaning system, plan reasonable cleaning procedures and cleaning solutions. Considering the influence of the physical properties of the cleaning solution on the ultrasonic cleaning effect, steam pressure, surface tension, viscosity, and density are the most important influencing factors. Temperature can affect these factors and also affect cavitation power. Any cleaning system must use cleaning solution.
