1、 Operation Guide

1. Check the cleaning tank to ensure that there is an appropriate amount of water in the tank (the water level should be at least 200mm above the transducer box).

2. Participate in an appropriate amount of cleaning agent according to the process requirements.

3. Suspend the power adjustment knob to position.

4. Close the power switch or plug the power cable into the power outlet.

5. Turn on the power switch, turn the "power adjustment" knob to the desired power value, and the ultrasonic cleaning machine will start working.

6. When stopping the homework, turn the "power adjustment" knob to the position and turn off the power switch.

2、 Maintenance and upkeep

1. If the device is not used for a long time, please drain the cleaning solution and clean the cleaning tank.

2. If the device is not used for a long time, please turn it on once a month according to the operation manual and work for half an hour.

4. It is strictly prohibited to touch the electronic components inside the generator during the startup state and within 30 minutes of shutdown. The capacitors store high-voltage electrical energy.
